Things To Help Baby Acne

I have a daughter age 7 weeks after birth with Acne on her cheeks. .. Time to go in and it became a rash. Now her cheeks are dry and scaly red I put thin layer of vaseline on them, which seems to help. Something bad is pink cheeks as she opened the top layer of her skin disappeared. I'm not sure what the problem or what to do. Her doctor will next week. But her cheeks really bothering me! Any suggestions as to what is?
